1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zudoc, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our platform. These terms apply to all users including patients, doctors, and visitors.

2. About the Platform

Zudoc is an online appointment booking platform based in across Pakistan. We connect patients with verified doctors for both in-person and online consultations. Zudoc acts as an intermediary platform and is not a medical provider or healthcare institution.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use Zudoc. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Zudoc reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where false information is provided.

4. Patient Responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal and health-related information when booking
• Attend scheduled appointments or cancel in advance
• Use the platform only for legitimate healthcare appointment purposes
• Not misuse or abuse the communication features of the platform
• Understand that Zudoc facilitates bookings but does not provide medical advice

5. Doctor Responsibilities

• Provide accurate credentials, speciality, and availability information
• Submit valid CNIC and a clear selfie photograph for identity verification
• Honour confirmed appointments with patients
• Maintain professional conduct in all patient interactions
• Comply with all applicable medical regulations and laws in Pakistan
• Not misrepresent qualifications or areas of medical expertise

6. Platform Fees and Payments

Zudoc operates on a commission-based model. A platform fee is deducted from each completed booking. For online consultations, patients pay through Zudoc and the remaining amount is transferred to the doctor's registered bank account or mobile wallet according to Zudoc's settlement schedule. For in-clinic appointments, patients pay the doctor or clinic directly.

• Platform fees are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed
• Doctors are responsible for ensuring their payout details are accurate
• Zudoc reserves the right to adjust platform fees with prior notice
• Any disputes regarding payments must be raised within 7 days of the transaction

7. Doctor Verification

All doctors must complete Zudoc's verification process before being listed on the platform. This includes submitting a valid CNIC and a selfie photograph. Zudoc reserves the right to reject or remove any doctor profile that does not meet our verification standards or that violates these terms.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Patients may cancel appointments subject to the following:

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment may be eligible for a refund of the doctor's fee
• The platform fee is non-refundable in all cases
• No-shows without prior cancellation are not eligible for refunds
• Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 5–7 business days

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on Zudoc:

• Creating fake or misleading profiles
• Submitting fraudulent CNIC or verification documents
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempting to bypass platform fees or payment systems
• Sharing another user's personal information without consent

10. Limitation of Liability

Zudoc is a booking platform and does not provide medical advice or treatment. We are not liable for the quality of medical consultations, clinical outcomes, or any harm arising from a doctor-patient interaction. Patients use the platform and consult doctors at their own discretion. In no event shall Zudoc's liability exceed the platform fee paid for the relevant booking.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on Zudoc — including the logo, design, text, and software — is the property of Zudoc. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.

12. Account Termination

Zudoc reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms of Service, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to other users or the platform. Users may also close their account at any time by contacting us.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from the use of Zudoc shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
